     Terms of residence

Dear guests!
 
We are glad to welcome you in our apart-hotel «Naumov». In order for us to make your stay as comfortable as possible please read the following information.
1.  The hotel works 24 hours.   
2.  The hotel provides round the clock accommodation (minimum residence time -1 day).
3.  Hotel has daily rates. In accordance with Russian legislation it provides for the temporary residence for a person who has reached the age of majority. Accommodation of guests under 18 years of age is only possible with their parents or their legal representatives (guardians).
4.  Regular Check in time – from 13:00. Check out time is until 12:00 Moscow time (unless agreed otherwise with Hotel Manager in advance).
5.  Check in to the hotel is only possible upon presentation of passport with the consent of the current rules of the hotel.
6.  The hotel is designed for temporary accommodation of guests for a period of time agreed with the management of the hotel. After an agreed time person is obliged to release room on request of administration. At desire to prolong the term of accommodation he/she is necessary to report about it to the hotel administrator no later than 2 hours to checkout time at 12 p.m. (local time). Extension of term of accommodation in the same room is possible only at absence on it the confirmed reservation in favor of the third parties. If the room is booked by others, the extension of stay in this room can be denied.
7.  Payment for accommodation and additional services is made by fixed (contractual) prices, according to the hotel price list approved and signed by management. Payment is made cash or credit cards (in rubles). The settlement in hotel is made only after introduction by the guest of an advance payment (100%) for all estimated term of accommodation.
9.  In the case when the Guest has cancelled the Accommodation Contact in whole or in part due to causes for which the Guest is liable Administration is entitled to retain an amount equal to the cost of one night stay. This amount is pay for the reservation in the name of the guest rooms for the entire period of his residence.
10. Change of bed linen 3 times a week, change of towels - daily.
11.  The hotel provides the following types of free services:
·         call ambulance service
·         use a first aid kit
·         a sewing kit, set of dishes and cutlery
·         wake-up at the appointed time
·         taxi call
12.  The hotel is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency shutdown of electricity and heat, water).
13.  Administration is not responsible for the loss of guest’s valuables are located in their rooms and violation of visitation order. In case of detection of forgotten things the administration takes measures to return them to their owners.  Forgotten things are kept in the hotel no more than three months. If owner is not found, the administration says the find to the police or local authority. 
14.  Resident shall:
·         when leaving the room to close the hydrants, windows, turn off the lights, TV
·         adhere to the established order in hotel accommodation, to preserve the purity, peace and public order in the room and the hotel
·         strictly observe the rules of fire safety
·         pay damages in case of loss, injury or damage to hotel property. Damage assessment is based on a price list for damage to hotel property.

15.  At the property is prohibited:
·         leave in the rooms unauthorized persons, and send them a card-room key
·         store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury
·         keep in the room of animals (birds, reptiles)
·         smoking in the rooms, as well as in the hotel lobby
·         be in a state of alcohol or drugs
·         use heating devices if it is not provided in the room
·         disturb guests staying in nearby rooms
18.  The hotel reserves the right to visit the rooms without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, and in case of violation of this order of guest accommodation, public order, the order of use of household appliances.
19.  The hotel is entitled to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services unilaterally or refuse to extend the period of residence in the event of a guest residence order, delayed payment of hotel services, causing material damage to the hotel guest.
20.  In the absence of the guest in the residence more than a day (or within 6 hours after the onset of his estimated hours), the hotel has the right to establish a commission and make an inventory of the property being in the room. Tangible assets in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents, the administration is taking its responsibility. Other property is in the Service Department.
21.  In the event of complaints from consumer administration is taking all possible measures to resolve the conflict, provided by the legislation.
22.  In cases not covered by these rules, the administration and the consumer governed by laws of the Russian Federation.
